10/18/16 Object Pronouns review

We finished reviewing and did some corrections for a previous quiz in class today. Test for Unit 1 is tomorrow. Read yesterday's post to see what is on the test.

10/17/17 Unit 1 Lesson 2 AR Regular Verb Past Tense review

Students reviewed the past tense in class. Worksheet was given out for homework tonight.

Unit 1 Test Thursday

• use interrogatives (Question words Lesson 2)
• use the preterite of regular -ar verbs (Lesson 2 Grammar Pages 65 and 70)
• use the preterite of: ir, ser, hacer, ver and dar (Lesson 2 Grammar)
• use direct object pronouns (Lesson 1 Grammar pages 41 and 46/Homework Worksheet)
• use indirect object pronouns (Lesson 1 Grammar/Homework Worksheet)
• Speak about a past vacation (Lesson 2 grammar/vocab)
• Write about travel preparations (what to do before, and when you are at an airport and when you arrive to your destination Lesson 1 Grammar/Vocab)

10/16/17 Unit 1 Lesson 2 Day 7

Students took a vocab quiz today and practiced the regular AR verb past tense and irregular verbs (Hacer, Ir/Ser, Ver, Dar).

10/13/17 Unit 1 Lesson 2 Day 5

Today we began going over Costa Rican culture, reading cultural information from pages 48 and 53-53 answering the questions on those pages (Students got worksheets for the questions on page 53). The questions are to be completed as well as the wordweb on on of the worksheets for homework.

10/11/17 Unit 1 Lesson 2 Day 4

Today we spent the day working on creating a list of 15 questions using the past tense for a speaking activity. Of the 15 questions created, 7 of them came from activity 14 of the textbook. We also began using 4 irregular past tense verbs, Ser/Ir, Dar, Hacer, and Ver. The information is found on page 70 of the textbooks.

10/10/17 Unit 1 Lesson 2 Day 3

Students were given notes on the regular past tense (Called Preterite) for regular AR verbs. The info is also found on page 65 of textbook. Student played a dice game to practice using it and also turned in Activities 5 and 6 from page 66 of textbook for a grade.

Homework: Do Workbook page 26 and 29

10/9/17 Unit 1 Lesson 2 Day 2

We practiced using the interrogative words found on page 64 of the textbook (add them into your notes/vocab lists). We also worked on activity 4 and a google classroom assignment. For the assignment, read page 10 of your workbook. The audio (Fuente 2) is attached in the google classroom assignment.
